(a joint exhibition with Katrin von Maltzahn)In February-March 2007 J.S. and Katrin von Maltzahn were joint Artists in Residence at RMIT University School of
Art in Melbourne, Australia. During this time one collaborative exhibition was mounted: "Being the Mirror" at Ocular
Lab in February. The above parallell exhibition was produced in Melbourne, and installed at the Faculty Gallery in
March. J.S showed two major pieces: the painting "A Place on Earth", and the 112 minute long video loop "Tracking",
shown on a monitor on the opposite wall from the painting (and seen above left).
