BACK TO INDEX//BACK TO BLIND CHOICE

One or sometimes several wooden manikins with moving joints recur as models for paintings, drawings, objects and photographs. In a special series of twenty-seven photographs, two manikins have been subtly modified. One has been equipped with a little stick; the other one has a hole drilled in it. In the photographs they try out various lovemaking positions. A text suggests that their actions are incestuous – they might be made from the wood of the same tree.
