The Third Chimney (1995) was torn down sometime during 2007.
This photo is from March 11, 2008, when J.S. visited Kotka and established the facts.
(An agreement had been made in 1995 that in order for the owner of the then vacant lot to let his land be used
for J.S's exhibition project, i.e. the Chimney, the owner was to have the right to eliminate the work, when at an
unspecified time in the future the lot was to be developed.)
